I’m so glad you’re here.
I believe therapy is most useful when it gives us enough room to be curious about the parts of ourselves that are difficult to understand.
My approach is relational, psychodynamic, and somatic. We pay attention not only to what brings you into therapy, but also to the patterns, relationships, and expectations that may be shaping how you experience yourself and other people now. We also make space to notice what is happening in your body, recognizing that emotions, memories, and ways of relating are often held and expressed physically. I also offer ketamine-assisted therapy as an additional support for clients who may benefit from exploring their inner experience in a different way.
I bring warmth, humor, curiosity, and a willingness to sit with complexity. I don't believe every difficult feeling needs to be fixed or talked away. Sometimes we need to understand it. Sometimes we need to feel it. And sometimes we need to discover what it has been trying to tell us.
Therapy is a collaborative process. I won't pretend to have all the answers, but I will bring my attention, perspective, and curiosity to the room as we figure things out together.
