I’m so glad you’re here.

My goal as a therapist is to help you navigate your feelings and become the best version of yourself. I believe in working collaboratively with you to process past events, navigate transitions, and improve your relationships. Approaching therapy can feel overwhelming, but it’s my mission to make you feel seen and comfortable through warmth and humor.

In therapy, you can expect me to be fully present with you as you explore past experiences, negative cycles, and what makes you you. I am here to witness you fully, reflect back on what I’m hearing, and ask questions to prompt further reflection.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, attachment issues, life transitions, relationships, and self-worth.
